Earn More, Enjoy More! How Our Rewards Program Works

How do you earn points?

  • Earn 1 point for every $1 spent (before taxes and after discounts). The more you shop, the more points you accumulate for future rewards.
  • Write a product review: 50 points per review.
  • Refer a friend: 200 points for each successful referral.

Redemption tiers

  • Redeem your points in fixed increments for direct discounts:
    • 100 points = $5 off
    • 200 points = $10 off
    • 400 points = $20 off
  • Please note: partial redemptions are not allowed.

Redemption conditions

  • Points can only be redeemed on orders over $25 (before taxes).
  • Points cannot be used on your first purchase; they are available starting from your second order.
  • Points redemption cannot be combined with BOGO promotions or exceed 25% total discount on an order.

Expiry and eligibility

  • Points expire after 12 months of inactivity (no purchases or redemptions).
  • The program is available to all registered users with an account at shop.exzell.com.
